Cancellation Policy
- When you book an event with Itari Jewels, each guest will receive 1x chain and 1x charm on the day. - Any additional charms, extra jewellery pieces, or upgrades (like hand chains, necklaces, or waist chains) will be charged separately on the day. - Full payment is required to secure your booking. - Cancellations with at least 14 days’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded (90%). Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. - If fewer guests attend than originally booked, the package price remains the same. By booking, you agree to these terms.
